  PERMITS & LICENSES
 

The following permit and license application forms may be printed, completed and emailed or returned to the Finance Office.  Necessary payment must be presented.

Lake County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan

The Board of Commissioners will be voting to adopt the Lake County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan 2018-2023 during the Monday, October 15th meeting, held at 5:30 PM in City Hall. Click for more information and to view the entire document.

West Center Street Project

The construction of Center Street between Blanche Ave & Highland Ave is scheduled to commence April 30. Starting May 9, a weekly meeting every Wednesday will be held at 10am at the City Commission room during construction. Click for more details on the project.

Egan Avenue Parking Lot Project

Beginning on August 20, 2018, the City parking lot located on S. Egan Ave will be closed for improvements and repaving. This lot will be closed for approximately three weeks, weather permitting.

ROAD CLOSURE: Section of Center St.

Starting August 13, 2018, at 8:00 A.M., Center Street from Highland Avenue to Catherine Avenue will be closed with no vehicle access. Please have all vehicles/trailers removed from driveways/garages/and road before the above date and time.
